Kosher Marketplace – Workin On It!
And yes, the sun peeked out today after a week of cold, wet weather. Chalk It Up has been super busy these last weeks with among other orders, a fun, wonderful order from a repeat client. Kosher Market Place in Manhattan, NY. We are workin on it, yah! They liked their first 10 signs so much that they ordered 15 more double-sided, yes folks, double-sided chalk art boards (we can do it!) The colours and designs have been amazing and I had to take a photo of one of the boards we were working on yesterday.
Remember, these signs are each one of a kind and hand chalked. Imagine yourself navigating through a grocery store using groovy, imaginative chalk art signs. What a nice way to shop.
Onto this week’s music selections. When I chalked by myself in the studio, I listened to everything by Sam Baker and in my own mind, I was the cellist playing along. When Claire and I worked together it was a lot of chalk rock…Arcade Fire to burn through this rain we’ve had lately. But when we just couldn’t fight the slow, dreamy feelings, it was Buddha Bar and lots of chocolate and coffee 🙂
We are still on schedule to accept new orders for your custom chalkboards after July 8th. We are fortunate to be a busy sign company so it does mean that you have to queue up from time to time.
