Here is one of the latest chalkboard signs from the studio – a Barley Station growler chalkboard. This was shipped to Barley Station in Salmon Arm, BC.  and will hang behind their filling station. I knew a growler to be something my dog was and more recently (through my armchair adventure travels through the frozen Arctic seas) I learned it meant a small iceberg. I did not know meaning #3 that a growler had something to do with electricity. But definition #4 to mean a pail for beer? I still drink my beer from a glass, thank you, but the idea of a bigger glass the size of pitcher, or say a jug, now that has promise.
